MadisonBoom has learned that, Perfetti Van Melle(不凡帝范梅勒糖果) has formally called for China media review, which will include traditional media and digital media duties.
The company has invited four 4A media agenices - Incumbent Optimedia, Mindshare, Carat and Maxus- to compete for that account.
As said, the winning media agency will sign a three years contract with PVM.
The company operates brands such like Mentos, Alpenliebe, Chupa Chups, BigBabol etc, in mainland China.
As said, Mondelez's China former media leader Rasheed Zhao has been invited to the review as a consulant.
