Senior (Digital) Planner
广告策略

Assist the Chief Strategy Officer to drive thought leadership in strategy of digital marketing communications and integrated marketing communications to help business grow up.
* Daily digital planning scope of work including:
a)  Insights & trends study and analysis of marketing communication and customer behavior changed in digital era.
b)  Brand / product digital marketing communication concepts development.
c)  Creative brief development and ideation facilitation.
d)  Integrated communication strategy and plan development.
e)  Work together with Creatives and Accounts to develop innovative content and help to grow relationships with clients.
* Be an inspiring team player in delivering idea innovation and thinking about content in new ways.
* Provide up-to-date knowledge & perspective on digital marketing communication trends.
* Good at data based insight mining, have a thorough understanding of the key / emerging digital platforms, strong story telling skill, can work under pressure, fluent in English in both writing and speaking. 
* At least 3-4 years proven experience in Digital Planning / Connection Planning.

Group Head / Associate Creative Director（Copy base）

* Help to develop concepts that are strategically on target.
* Write imaginative copy in variety of styles.
* Present creative work effectively.

Associate Art Director / Art Director 
助理美术指导 / 美术指导

* 与文案一起讨论并执行所负责品牌的创意构想及形成，共同确定创意的画面与文字的设计编排。
* 执行创意脚本、字幕、设计稿、色稿、摄影、插画、完稿等其它美术元素的形成。

Sr. Account Executive / Account Manager
资深客户执行 / 客户经理

* 实施客户ATL项目，了解TVC、KV等执行，推动内外部有效信息沟通和交流。
* 辅助并监测品牌，产品和活动策略的战略开展和创意过程。
* 撰写激发灵感的创意简报，协调激励跨部门创意团队的讨论会。 
* 对草稿，完稿和计划进行质量控制，获得主管审核后送达客户

Traffic
流程管控

* 执行创意服务流程，协助创意部对内对外沟通。
* 监督创意工作提交进度、完成质量。
* 管理供应商资源。

Art Design Intern 
美术设计实习生

* 根据客户部与客户确认的工作内容及要求，积极与创意主管沟通，理解创意，完成创意相关视觉工作及设计稿。
* 参与创意头脑风暴，主动了解市场及产品创意趋势，创作新的创意及相关设计。
* 熟练设计相关软件，如Photoshop/Illustrator/AfterEffects等。
* 有想法且爱创意，学习能力和沟通能力强，细致负责，乐观抗压，有责任心，富有合作精神。
* 每周至少工作3天以上，5天工作最佳。
* 美术或设计相关专业的本科或研究生在读学生（已毕业学生请勿投）。

Copy Intern 
文案实习生

* 根据客户部与客户确认的工作内容及要求，积极与创意主管沟通，理解创意，完成创意相关文案工作。
* 参与创意头脑风暴，主动了解市场及产品创意趋势。
* 有想法且爱创意，学习能力和沟通能力强，细致负责，乐观抗压，有责任心，富有合作精神。
* 每周至少工作3天以上，5天工作最佳。
